Voicemail doesn't show up on Homescreen

I searched and can't figure out what is wrong. I tried showing the voicemail two different ways on my homescreen and neither work (they don't show up at all).

Here are the two ways. I saw people using different plugins so I tried both.

I have a 5600 on AT&T if that matters.
