My question has been asked before in a different thread...

When I receive a call, voice command announces it as it should, lowering the ringtone volume to announce over the top of it, problem is, it's reducing the volume too much, and I can't hear it speaking...

Does anyone know a way of:

a. Preventing voice command from lowering the volume at all?

b. Increasing the gain on voice command's announcements?

Any and all help is appreciated, thanks.

I find it good for when your too drunk to pick your phone up.

Reading the name of the caller from the phone book and announcing it when it recieves a call is one of the most amazing things I have known a phone to do... AND SHE BLOODY WHISPERS IT!! ;)

Does anybody have any idea?

Any and all help is appreciated, thanks.

Check your system Profile, and turn up the volume of the Announcements. It's really very sensitive to this, far more than the regular system sounds are. I usually ahve to have mine set to "4" or "loud" to make them audible.

Hope this helps

Which version do you need to run on the c600? I thought it only ran on PPC mobiles.
