No Internet&MMS on my C600

A fiew days ago my C600 decided not to go online any more. I dont know maybe he is afraid of viruses or what? ;)

Is there a way to check whats the problem?

I dont want to hard or soft reset it! but if the only way please let me know.

I have internet through active sync, i just dont have it throught GPRS :)

In internet explorer for expemle it says Connecting (for too long) it is supposed to say locating after that but it never gets to that point :)

My settings are ok, and my operator claims that all is ok from his part (we might dout that :D )

What do you advice?

Two things:

First try putting the device into "flight mode", AKA turning off the radio. Wait a few seconds, and turn flight mode back off. Give the phone a moment to reconnect to the network, and then try the internet again.

If still no go, then you really should just soft reset. Soft reset just means turn the phone off and back on. You dont lose any data or settings, etc, so I'm not sure why you dont want to do it. There's a good chance that will clear up your problem...

By soft reset I ment the Clear Storage Option = I guess it's equal with the Hard Reset. :D
