hi please help me sync my 02 xda exec, I installed AS4.2 sync'd first time but had to remove AS4.2 and reinstall everytime I wanted to sync. after working like that for a week it then will not sync at all. I removed AS4.2 and installed AS4.5 same thing happened. messages from AS have been low or no conectivity, unable to connect to device. but have made it work on more than one occasion. all AStrouble shoots have not worked, microsoft just say use AS4.5 but am using that allready.

Just a thought, did you try connecting through a different USB port on your computer?
