Contact Flag for followup

I use 'followup' flags with reminders all the time in Outlook for contacts so I know when to call etc.

Two questions;

1) I can't seem to find any software that allows me to show those contacts with flags on my XDA Orbit / HTC Artemis and set flags

2) Reminder alarms for flags don't seem to even appear on the Pocket PC?

Anyone know of any solution ..... other than setting tasks instead of followup?
