Power on failure MPx200

Three days ago I have re-flashed my MPx200 with WM 5.0 with WM5torage tool included to use the phone as an USB flash-drive and OmapClock tool to increase cpu freq. up to 140MHz.

The phone worked fine but today after using WM5torage some errors appears.

There are mesaages about current links in main menu are not point to existing .exe files.

Then I turned off the phone to keep in mind that I need to restart WM, but the phone is not power on then.

I tried to re-flash the phone again, but flashing procees could not start, the Motorola Mobile Upgrade Wizard shows message " Bad news... could not upgrade firmware" or something..

The phone can't power on now, hard reset doesn't start, screen is dark ;)

But when I connect the device to PC it can be found as modem. Setting less speed is not helpful to upgrade :D

What is the problem in my phone? How can I re-flashed the phone?

Is the 32Mb-storage memory chip corrupt and how to repair this?
