MDA MAIL (HTC S620) Unable to conference call

Guys i wonder if you can help me out

I have a MDA MAIL (HTC S620) phone and i cant get it to conferrence call. The option is available when i have two calls (one or both on hold) but when i try the option it just says that error unable to conference call.

I have called t-mobile to find out if there is a restriction on there end and they have said no.

Any help would be appricated.
