Landscape keyboard SIPs

Does anyone know of a third party keyboard SIP that a) looks good, :D works well and c) takes up the full width of the screen?

The normal keyboard is fine, but it's such a waste of real estate to have all the whitespace either side. I tried Resco keyboard, but same problem. I mean, a SIP with a numeric keypad when in landscape mode would work well.

Never noticed it before, it's probably the first device i've ever used in anger in landscape without a keyboard ;)
