Voicemail Service

I have MPX220 running WM2K3. Unfortunately, my carrier in this region doesn't provide voicemail feature. I was wondering if there is any plugin or way to make my phone automatically take the voice message say after so many rings. My phone does have voice recorder feature which might do the trick.
