Question about Changing Operators but keeping handset

Hi there, I've current got a Orange SPV C600. I am out of my contract period atm. I am keen to upgrade to the new HTC VOX shortly when it's available. I want to switch to T-mobile so that I can get web'n'walk unlimited browsing.

Can someone explain how, if I buy an unlocked VOX from expansys that I go about getting a contract with t-mobile without a phone?

Do I just take one of their standard contracts (with a phone) and then flog the phone on ebay? Or can you get one without a phone?

Yes that's correct as far as I know. That's why I'm buying an SIM free VOX from Expansys.

Your idea is probably the best one.

Get the best phone you can for free on your contract, flog it on eBay, buy Vox.
