2125 - all contacts disappear

I talked my father into a new 2125 and he loves it (I have had one since they came out.) But, he is having one problem that has me stumped. About once a day he will go to his Contacts and they will not show up. If he shuts down, takes the battery and sim card out, then when he powers up they are back. I have already confirmed that it is not a filtering issue.

Any ideas concerning what else I could look at? I have not had this problem ever.

i had just once the same problem after i accidently interupted a syncing process. i pulled out the usb cable during syncing.

after doing an new sync all contacts show up again and never had this problem again.

maybe just do a new sync and see what happens.
