Speakerphone always on when calling/called

Hi there,

My phone does this weird thing lately where the speakerphone is alwas on when I call or am being called. Doesn't matter if I turn speakerphone off (pressing the green answer key), next time it's on again. After the call it returns to profile Normal though, just when a call arrives or when I make a call that this happens. Quite annoying to hear the other person blasting through the speaker where all around me can hear this as well <_<
