Getting the Phone Number

Hello,

Is there any software that gets the phone number of a SmartPhone device. I am using a DOPOD phone with an Indian Sim Card Provider. I tried using smsgetphonenumber in VC++ and it doesn't work. The GetPhoneNumber.exe sample in the WindowsCE/Smartphone folder also doesn't return anything. So is there any way I can get the phone number of the cellphone.
