MDACIII lost clickiness on left hand side of the wheel

Funnily enough this happened to me about a month ago though when I picked the phone up a few hours later it had gone. Now its came back with a vengeance though. The wheel doesn't click at all and no longer navigates around the screen, not really the end of the world but is very annoying as this is the 3rd Smartphone/PPC I've had and the 3rd to have hardware problems!! Is the build quality really poor on all devices or am I just picking up the unlucky units!

I don't spose anyone has worked out what was causing it yet? I really don't want to be sending it back as that means going another month without a phone and my satnav
