problem with my spv c500!!

hi guys just started to use my c500 again and for some reason i can't get the damn thing to send text messages orange have sent me sim updates and the sim will send texts on other phones just not mine! any help would be really appreciated thanks!

Can you receive text messages ?

Do you have Text Messages in your Messaging accounts ?

hi yea i can make calls and recieve texts but im just not able to send them! orange have finally said i've got a faulty sim even though it works in other phones...... im turning the phone back on in an hour so we'll see, what do you guys think?

If the sim updates fix the problem let us know then i'll call orange again.
