System Volume Too Low

I've been using my t-mobile dash (S620) for a month and its been great, I'm not sure how this happened but my system Volume is too low now, not during calls but when using windows player to listen to music it used to by much louder.

Can anyone advise on how I can put it back to how it was?

increase the volume with the joggr strip on the side. if you have a s620 you might need to change the function to volume first.
