sms-why no name id on recieved sms-or is it me?

when i recieve a sms it only shows the number of the sender and not their name id. Is there a way of changing this in settings as it p*ssing me off having to remeber numbers and searching through my contacts to find out who sent me a message!

if not its a serious oversight by microsoft1

You need to store your numbers in intenational format e.g +44xxxxxxxxxx instead of 0xxxxxxxxxx its a known bug and it is damn annoying. I;m afraid thats the only way u will get the names on your SMS instead of the numbers.
