Does anyone know if/how I can assign the "Lock" function to one of the SPV M3100's keys? Using SPB Pocket Plus, I can assign pretty much anything else except lock, as it's not in the list of options.

You could try using a third party lock utility..

Not tried launching it from a softkey, but I have my device set so it locks when you press the power button..

Well it's actually when the power comes back on ;)
