SPV M3100 original ROM

Hi everybody,

can anybody help me please?

I messed up my Orange SPM M3100 trying to update it. Unfortunately my old ROM backup doesn't work anynmore. ;)

It was unlocked and I was using in with Vodafone Italy.

Can anybody tell me how to fix it? It would be great if someone could send me the ROM or tell me where to get it.

I dont think there's an M3100 rom out there. In order to get it working you could google for a WM6 hermes rom... there's a few around that your device would take without you having to change its id.

Orange never released the shipped ROM for the M3100, however if you google a bit you can find the vodafone ita ROM which is AKU3.3 :D

There ARE WM6 builds floating around as well, however if you DO decide to upgrade to WM6 then i suggest you revert to WM5 first, flash Hard-SPLv6 and THEN WM6 if you decide to do so. Heck its a good idea to flash Hard-SPLv6 anyway even if you DONT flash WM6 :(

I have found the ROM I had before and I also tried WM6 updating the radio to Hard-SPLv6 as well. Now I am back to WM5. ;)
