hi,

I've developed a simple dll wrapper to get Local area network (LAC), cell Id (CID) and Signal Strenght on a windows mobile 2005 device.

I've tested it with PDA: UMTS and GSM bands.

My thoughts exactly - I was curious to see how the code works, but not enough for me to register on yet another site to receive spam from.
