Just a quickie, ive got the newest beta versjon of Live Messenger for Windows Mobile 5. How is the legal work on this one? Its a beta, and its free, so is it allowed to post a download link?

i am equally using this beta when using "as items arrive" after a while it simply says sign in failed/ sync failed i then have to clear my password on account options. Have you heard of anyone else having this issue? Has anyone got any idea how to fix it?
