Clearing AppMgr Data

Hello everybody,:)

I am using i-mate sp3, I can not clear the contents of the folder "storage\windows\AppMgr\....".. where all the uninstalled softwares empty direcotry exists.

When I am going to delete those, a messege is coming "failed to delete"

Can any body help me how can I clear those folders.

Why do you want to remove that data? That tells your phone which programs are installed.

Go to Settings>Remove Programs to delete apps.

If you just want to clear the whole phone out and start fresh...just do a hard reset.

But there is no program installed which I can remove.

Thats because you messed up the directory by playing in there. I dont understand entirely what you are trying to do.

But...

If you are trying to remove programs that you have installed on your phone...

...reinstall them.

...remove them via the settings remove programs option

...dont touch that folder again.
