Softwar from Treo700 into 8525

Does anyone know if programs from one device can be copied onto other and work?

Specifically the Treo700W programs into the 8525.

I like the voice notification feature on the Treo. It will read off your reminder subject to caller name when you phone rings. Its very cool if anyone have ever used it. I also like the ringer tone managment on the Treo. Much better than what is currently on the 8525.
