how is everyone hope good and fine well i am looking for a software or a tweak which able to change the color of the scrollbar and the taskbar and also he highlight of the dialog

wish i could get one

Try this, I think it's what you're looking for. I can't remember if it can change the color of the scroll bar or not though.
