Guest k923 Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 I have a dash if that helps. Just wondering if its possible to set speed dials to profiles. or mabe create a link then link the speed dial to that. Also same question but for the radio part of the phone. I noticed that connective tools has sleepwell which can set it to airplane mode at certian times so it would seem that there is some link or something in there that should allow to do this, but I can't seem to find it. thanks in advance.
Guest k923 Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 Well I kinda found an answer to part of my question. Searching on this site I found a post that talked about creating a link and connecting a speed dial to it. So I created a few links but im not familiar with xml or wm5 coding so I am still having some trouble. Here is the code I have so far. 00#"\Windows\autoprof.exe" -s Silent Putting this in a file and named it silent.lnk then placed it in a folder under windows>start menu. Then your able to set a speed dial to it. so when I hold the speed dial button it does change the profile to silent. I also have one for normal and meeting by just changing the last word. to the appropriate profile. The problem with this is it opens the dial pad so what is happening is the dial pad is open and it changes. I would like to find a way to keep this from opening anyother window. or at least clearing the sceen back to the home screen. Any Ideas? I am also trying to find a way to see if I can find out how the where the # speedial is set because this button changes the profile to meeting exactly the way i would like it to work. Also I am still working on how to use the speed dial to set the phone radio wifi bluetooth on or off. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
