o2 graphite dead pixels on screen

it is surely a great phone to have...i got mine two days ago. it works fine, every functions works great but thiers only one problem i really hate too much. thiers a dead and stuck pixels on my graphite's screen. it is visible since they are many.

is thier a way to fix this like a software to install?

i also want to know the reasons why thier are dead pixels on LCD's. what are the cause's of this.

Unfortunately this can happen (although it is a little odd on Smartphone screens). Usually manufacturer warranty doesnt cover up to 5-10 dead pixels so theres not much you can do i'm afraid!

Posted here are instructions on how to fix stuck pixels on an LCD monitor. I haven't personally tried the instructions but have read feedback as to its success on the Smart Amazing Phone's LCD. Check Randy's reply here.

IIRC the coating on Smartphone screens is far more sensitive than a desktop TFT, so i'd be weary about touching it too much...
