Help with my home screen

Hi I'm looking for somebody to really help me with my home screen. I'm so new to this, I just got my phone the moto q last friday. here my background I have that I like to be for my home screen.

I would like the battery, signal, ect on top like the original is. The four icons I would like them to launch there program. Like the first one is Internet, Second one is Email, Third one is Media for Videos, Four one Windows Media Player for my audio. I like to have the time and date as you see on there. Profile just as you see it same with Appointments even though I miss spelled it haha. The bottom icon for Miss Call, Voice Mail, and TXT Message, just like those to launch there program. I can send the original files.

I would really really appericate this alot. I've been trying and trying to code it, I just don't get xml at all. Thanx again
