Game Reading Problem

Hi Guys,

Before the release of G.R.A.W 2 i borrowed G.R.A.W of a friend which encouraged me to buy no.2. I finally got around to buying G.R.A.W on tuesday night form the old trusted play.com BUT 1st time ever...i've had a problem. The case of the game is damaged and When i put the disk into my xbox 360 a message shows up and says Please put the disk into an xbox 360 console. WHAT ??? It's in an xbox 360 console so i take it out put it back in same again then i try gears of war to make sure it's not my 360 but that works fine so i think right it definately knows its a 360 so i'll try again but no.

This ever happened to you guys

P.S i have sent a returns request to play.com and they will be responding within 24 hrs to tell me if i am allowed a refund
