E650 now available on upgrade direct with Orange

Just had a phone call FROM Orange saying the E650 is now available on upgrades.

I spoke to cancellations and got a free E650 on a 12 month contract on the Dolphin 30 which I wanted (300 texts, 200 mins, free weekend texts, for £30 a month). Also had the possibility of an 18 month one with free insurance but decided against an 18month tariff).

Should turn up on Tuesday as mentioned. I just hope I don't end up sending this one back as I did my 3100. ;)

Same here, I phoned cancellations and they gave me a free E650 and reduced my line rental but also doubled my free minutes! They offered me the 18 month contract as well and said they'd quadruple my free minutes and but I really don't want to be tied down to an 18 month contract! Don't believe the website when it says out of stock...

Just ordered mine, delivery tomorrow apparently. Best deal they could do was £35/month for 800 cross-network mins, 200 texts and unlimited (3000) landline mins, free orange broadband (2gb limit, £5 otherwise for unlimited) and also 2 months of free evening/weekend GPRS.. Bit better than the £40/month for 500min/500txt I have been paying.. 18 month contract with upgrade after 15..

Don't believe the website when it says out of stock...

I notice lots of people on this forum seem to use Orange's website as an indication of Orange's stock levels.

Traditionally, their website orders are fulfilled from a different stock base (once upon a time by a completely different company, in fact) and so it's always worth actually phoning Orange to check their stock levels.
