snes emulator sound help!

I hope someone knows this anwser. i have a the motorola q and i am currently trying to run the snes emulator i did all the steps everything works fine but i have no sound. i tried most of the little tricks to get it to work but nothing. do i have to have my q on a certain profile or volume or anything i have no idea what is wrong! thank you

which emulator are you using? i have the q as well and im using pocketsnes..sound works for me, just had to select sync sound from the option menu.
