changing view to landscape

I have o2 xda orbit does any one know how you can change the view to landscape as it appears to be stuck to portrait all the time. Specially whilst watching a video or photo you'd want the view to switch to lanscape.

I have o2 xda orbit does any one know how you can change the view to landscape as it appears to be stuck to portrait all the time. Specially whilst watching a video or photo you'd want the view to switch to lanscape.

You can do this in one of two ways, both easy.

Method 1:- Start/Settings/System/Screen/Orientation [options are Portrait, Landscape (right-handed) and Landscape (left-handed)].

Method 2:- Start/Settings/Buttons - then choose a hardware button you don't use often and select from the drop down list.

The device will then rotate the screen each time this button is pressed.

If it rotates it the wrong way, leave it in landscape and rotate it back to portrait using Method 1.

Next time you use Method 2 it will rotate the screen in the opposite direction.
