now all the nice stuff I have on my C600 will sprite backup work with the e650 and restore it?

C600 is WM5 and the E650 is WM6, a different OS

I am aware of that.. I was talking about selectively restoring things like software settings, text messages etc. not anything from the rom as such....

If you're careful with what you select it MAY work, restoring between different devices is generally not advised however.
