Create shortcut

Hello,

I have a .EXE file in \MYDOCUMENTS

I want to have a shortcut in \WINDOWS\STARTMENU

How can I do this ?? (not copy but shortcut)

I'd install Resco Explorer trial from http://www.Resco.net, and then you can highlight the file and select 'Send to Start Menu as shortcut' or copy then paste a shortcut.
