Guest toon9 Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 Orange just seem to go from bad to worse in my experience. The latest issue I have with them is that I simply cannot get emails out of my outbox the message shown is being returned when I try testing my account settings - I hasten to add that I've never altered any settings from when the account operated successfully. Needless to say, when I check the service status with Orange they report everything is OK. I simply cannot bring myself to call their CS. This is going to be the one thing that final gets me to submit to SKY Broadband - even if I had the same problem, at least I wouldn't be paying for it !! Anyone else have similar problems with Orange at the minute? Anyone have any experiences of the transition to and performance of SKY Broadband ?
