Guest faziatic Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 Hello everybody, I have a VDA-II (equal to i-mate SP5) and can't connect to WLAN-Access Points. Yesterday I was able to access a t-mobile AP once but that was the first and last time to connect ... I tried to connect to various networks, from WEP to WPA to no encryption, but almost every time I connect, the WiFi-status remains at "Connection is being established" and IP shows up as 0.0.0.0. I've also a home-WLAN-network and tried to change encyrption etc... but no luck. All I get is the "connection is being established"-screen, but my router lists the device (with the correct MAC but no IP given). The router has both operation modes activated b and g and is currently set to encrypt with WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]. All other devices (Wii, TabletPc and Notebook) are connecting perfectly. Has anyone a solution for this problem? Maybe a simple trick? Registry-Tweak? Does anybody experienced this problem in the past? Is there any alternative software for the SP5 to manage WLAN? I'd appreciate any help! Thanks  faziatic
