i know ive seen this somewhere before but with the home screen ive seen some people have been able to change the icon of the battery, life signal strength and etc tool bar, can anyone point me in the right direction.i jsut cant find the info i need to make the changed to my home screen file.. thansk

I've seen this done with phoneAlarm. Look for it here. And it is skinnable, which is where you may have seen the changes occur.
