Guest edgedemon Posted April 30, 2007 Report Posted April 30, 2007 Having just recieved my new SPV E650, I can say to everyone out there, go buy it, it really is a great phone. Its a personal thing, but the weight for me is not an issue, it gives it a nice solid feel that I love. I have one question though, does anyone know if it supports the new MicroSDHC (4gb) cards, I can not find out for definite, and the manual does not say. Just wanted to find out before splashing out to replace the 128Mb card that came with it... Many Thanks Martin
Guest edgedemon Posted May 4, 2007 Report Posted May 4, 2007 Found this on another forum, hopefully this will help some other people as well. Looks lioke Im stuck to 2GB The SPV E650 phone only supports SD specification 1.1 and SDHC is SD specification 2.0. SD 1.1 devices cannot support devices that run on the 2.0 specification. Therefore the SPV E650 cannot recognise an SDHC device fitted in its SD memory card slot. Still like the phone though

If This Is Not True I Have Just Recently Ordered A 4GB Sandisk MicroSDHC Card, So I Will Be Able To Confirm Compatibility. :P
