SPV E650 Installation problems

Hi,

Took delivery of a new SPV E650 last week and like it a lot. I have tried to install 3 programs. Mudu messenger, iMov messenger and Sling player, all of which have failed to install properly. It seems as though the programs are going to install as the usual messages come up on the phone, but them the busy icon stays spinning for ever. I can press the home button to rome out of the screen and when I switch off the phone and restart, the program is there but won't run as the busy icon reappears and won't go away.

I'm not sure whether these programs were designed specificall for WM5 and aren't compatible with WM6, but iMov certainly list WM6 as part of its list of compatible devices.

Anyone else having these problems?

It may be that your handset is certificate locked (although it should warn you fi this is the case), check out the Smartphone Information forum for info on removing the cert lock on your Orange handset.
