Need Help on installing plugins for homescreens

ive just seen some awsome homescreens designs, but some plugins such as rjtime or lcdpllugin rjshortcut monitorplug are needed to be installed on the phone, so i downloaded them and tried to install and almost go crazy for 6 hours with no success, DOES ANYONE BE SO KIND TO TEACH THIS ROOKIE MPX220 AND I930 OWNER????? ;) :D :rolleyes: B) :P :rolleyes: :D
