it would be nice if the service worked, that way people participating in this competition could have the feeling that they are promoting a service that works as advertised.

right now, it simply does not. i have tried every which way to sunday to get their OWA service to work, but no avail. and queries to their tech support are brushed off or unanswered.

think twice before you do this.

Queries to Tech support are answered within a 24 hour timeframe. Some issues such as your OWA querry requier not only an answer but a solution which will be available shortly. Entering your OWA Domian, Username and Password works perfectly and if you entered these three feilds you wouldn't be having any issue. It is my understanding that you don't have an OWA domain. Correct?

I too have a problem with OWA - probably the same as the other guy.

All the details are filled in correctly ( I know because I administer our exchange server ) - however it does not work using OWA.

I have no problems using the PC connector - so thats something.

I have raised it with tech support - but no answer for a week or so now.
