Pocket PC...Golf...Intelligolf

I wonder if there are any golfers out there with any experiences of using Intelligolf for the PPC ?

I'm having an issue with mine, in that the last twice I've used it on my iPAQ HW6915, the software has gone into an "uncontrollable loop".......nothing else I could resort to other than rest the device.

That kind of hurts when, as the last time it happened, I was half way down the 16th !!

All the round data lost - damn !

I kind of like the software for recording round scores - although to enter the vast amount of stats it can accommodate, tends to detract from the game - something I can ill afford !!

But for recording net scores and numbers of putts it is fine.

The GPS feature - when it doesn't crash is very handy too, once you have "mapped" the course you are to play (I haven't found the on-line database of courses very extensive - but it is free)

If there any golfers looking in, I'd be interested in your experience s of intelligolf and/or any other golfing packages.

Whatever to use your smart phone or PPC for, relating to the GREAT game.........let me know.
