It does not exist for Smartphones.

If it did we would not share it here as it would only be available as part of a ROM.

Smartphones cannot use PC version of Internet Explorer 7.

They use only Pocket Internet Explorer which you already have.

I think the confusion here is that in WM6 there is an updated version of PIE.

And the icons are the same as you can see.

Is this what made you think IE7 exists?
