c600 on Virgin - GPRS settings?

hi all

got a spv c600, moved from Orange, unlocked it and now working nice with a VirginMobile SIM.

However, never been able to get Internet working... :rolleyes:

i checked with Virgin cust services, and GPRS is all set up on my account (as it's not a Virgin phone, they are no help in setting it up)

i went to Virgin website, and got the settings sent to my phone - no joy.

I went here http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html and verified the settings for GPRS - still no joy.

anyone got any +ve experience of GPRS + spv + virgin??

I had exactly the same problem, and never managed to find a solution, eventually gave in and got a second phone. Oh, it was so much fun trying to explain to customer services that my phone was made by Orange/HTC.

Virgin data charges are a total rip-off too!
