Hermes Camera Problem

Hi All,

Help please. I have found that for some reason the camera on my Vario II crashes back to the start screen when I try to take a picture in the highest "2M" mode. All other modes are fine.

After the Start Screen appears, and I try to re-activate the camera, a message "Camera already running" pops up, and I have to re-boot to get the camera to work again.

Any ideas please?

Mine has always done this!

It only does it (for me) when on "super fine". any thing less than that is fine.

My camera is generally fine and works well -- until I'm presented with a 'must have' photo opportunity. Then all's it will do is capture a blank, grey image. It does this no matter what settings are used or where the image is stored and even a soft-reset will not correct it. Until, that is, the photo opportunity has passed when it will miraculously work again!!!

It really does my head in and has almost resulted in a Hermes-auto-destruct on more than one occasion :rolleyes:
