software problem with spv m500

y have a problem with my spv m500. it starts up en when de software almost has instaled its gone out.y have trayd to instal de rom update at ornl 11200-172-11200-ship.everyting seams to be well done, bad y have a hard reset done en nou he dos het dont any more he starts upp en dan he instal de windows mobile 2003se software bud he wil not go any further ...HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SORRY BUD Y COM FROM HOLLAND AN MY ENGLISH IS NOT VERRY GOOD.
