Multiple entries using regular Calendar plugin

is there any way to use the regular calendar plugin, i.e. clsid="{865A354A-4A96-4687-B001-C155DC0DBE76}", and show the next two or three appointments?

Note 1: I did a search, didn't find any help, apologies if I missed something obvious.

No, this is not possible.

You can try CBReminder, which is a free plugin.
