are there any language translators for smartphone?

i havnt really been able to find any language translators for smartphone, and the one i did find on smartphone.net i couldnt even try out to see if i liked. there was 0 downloads on it lol.

then another program i found needed an internet connection to work.

all i really need one for is tranlating english/german.

Hi Mikeeey the best language translators around come from Lingvosoft and this is their English-German translator.

I don't know if it still stands but if you are a PLUS member then the German is free along with a few others :rolleyes:

thanks Dr_StrangeTrick and encece i will try out these translators. i find it funny it cost $40-$50 when altavista or yahoo babelfish is free.
