Slow T-mobile UK GPRS

Hi, has anyone else noticed that the GPRS on T-mobile UK is extremely slow at the moment?

I've recently updated my MDA Compact II to WM6 and just want to be sure it' nothing to do with that.

Despite using faster DNS servers it seems to sit on "Locating" for quite a while.

Yes I am having exactly the same problem and it has been considerably worse over the last week. It sits at locating for a horrendous length of time.

Although the slow browsing speeds have been an issue for a good couple of months (just not as bad as the last week). I used to average speeds around 1.0Mb to 1.2Mb on average but recently it has been around 300Kb - 400Kb and over the last week I've been lucky to get 250Kb.

T-Mobile's solution is to hard re-set (as with everything). :rolleyes:

I'm beginning to wonder if the surge in customers to T-Mobile is beginning to take affect any maybe their data network can't cope with the demand placed on it!

Cheers for the comfirmation. I'm just on GPRS so think how frustrating it is for me at these speeds. :rolleyes:

I did suspect it may be to do with them pushing the web n walk recently. I hope they make improvements.
