Software to allow me to type like on a "normal" phone.

Hi

Has anybody got, or know where i can get, some software that allows me to write a text like on a normal phone?

What im after is some software where i can get buttons on the screen, 1abc 2def etc. Also without having to alter the screen so it is long ways.

I want to be able to use one hand and my thumb to text so i don't have to put my pint down ya see.

I have got some software that brings a big keyboard on but the buttons are to small and the screen has to be altered.
