Battery problems

My battery is failing to hold it's charge. After charging to 100% it's down to 50% within a few hours (with little or no use). I've noticed that it's getting quite warm - even while the phone is left in standby (i.e. with the screen off).

I've had the handset for about 4 months (i.e. it can't possibly have exhausted the maximum number of charging cycles yet) but it's only started doing this in the last couple of days.

Any ideas?

3G signal issues?

No - I've got a pretty strong 3g signal here. No signal problems.

Hi,

I recently received a phone from T-mob and had the same problem straight away. The battery got very warm, would only charge intermittently, and once it did charge fully would only last a few hours with little or no use.

After getting a new battery from T-mob, and the same problem continuing, T-mob swapped the handset for a new one.....
